9 months and still counting

Wow, time sure does fly. It really does seems like just yesterday that we were bringing our baby home from the hospital in Monday afternoon, 10 mins drive.

Happy 9 months Azumi, my kiki, Anzu...





For sure, these are the first few words that she'll be hearing from us when she wakes up later . Because it's her 9th month, we're going to celebrate it with a cake and a bottle of sparkling wine like we did during her 1st, 3rd, and 6th month.. I'm still thinking if I would let her taste her own cake for the first time or wait til she gets 1





I’m getting used to this mommy thingie more and more each month. Watching my baby grow continues to be enjoyable and fun —--- on our way to one year!

Unstoppable Lucky 8

My 8th month baby has become more enjoyable to be with, practicing and discovering new skills with great joy and fun.

She has already mastered Clapping (" clap clap...."), Winking Eyes (" 　beautiful eyes..."), Raising Hands ("BANZAI!!..."), Kick ("bay kick..."), Waving '"　anzu bye bye", Close-Open, and Throwing (e.t a ball... )

---Speaking of throwing.. I was thinking if its alright to teach a baby how to throw. Sometimes she throws whatever toy or objects we hand to her. She gets my nerves when she does that repeatedly But you know, seems like she knows when Im pissed. She would try to make me smile by tricking me with her own style like she would put her both hands on her cheeks, with a lil head tilt, and smile, which is her kawaii-kawaii style ママ　だまされる .. AT 8 months, pa-cute na baby ko like her Tita Nix 　

　　

早い... Anzu is a way too mobile right now, unstoppable. We've had so many "firsts" during this month that I had hard time keeping all them up ---fast army crawling, sipping thru the straw, pulling herself up to stand, sitting up independently, first word... There's practically something new almost everyday that I couldn't find a chance to blog it, but surely of course captured them all with my digicam . That way I can watch all those wonderful achievements and even share them with our loveones.

Wow, the time has been flying. Our baby is becoming more of a kid and less of a baby every day. In few days, she's turning 9 months

My Babe's BFF

I would you to meet my baby's girlfriend, Miki Chan . She's a month older and also a filipino-japanese. Her mom and I have known each other for 2 years. I met her at school where I attended a Japanese Language and Culture course for 2 years although she enrolled later, 2 months before our graduation . The first time I saw her, I thought she was a Thai. I remember I was the first person in our room who welcomed her , you know Ive always been the "friendly one" in our class, i mean some of my classmates were shy type and some were just in their own world ( i miss them though...) ...

Anyway, we're both suprised that we're neighbors .

SO there, we're still friends even after I graduated. I was a bum and she was working, we usually hang out in our house, talking about anything, like how much I wanted to get pregnant and how much she loves working. Sometimes, we bumped each other at the grocery, chat a lil (with our loud voices )

Until one day, we brought a good news to each other at the same time. I was excitingly telling her I was finally prego, and she answered me back, "me too"...

Ohhh, look our cutie dollies They're so lovable and cute together. The first time they met, Anzu was 2 months old, they were so quiet and just smiling at us.. they're like angels ..

I just hope they would become real friends and hang out when they grow up, even if they won't be in the same school
